Sunday, 6/12/2011 at 4:00 pm – House of Israel – 4:00-6:00 pm – Opening & Celebration. The House of Israel has been remodeled and we’re celebrating. Come join the fun! The Tarbuton’s L’hakat Rikud, Children’s Israeli Dance Troupe will be featured. Representatives from the Israeli Consulate and the Mayor’s office will be on hand for the ribbon cutting and excitement of the opening.

Wednesday, 6/15/2011 – Tzofim Caravan – Israeli Scouts Performance at 5:30 pm – organized by the Tarbuton, promoted city-wide to Girl Scout troops, and the community at large. See flyer attached. Video The Teens are incredible, song, dance, costumes bringing a taste of Israel, dancing with our kids and sharing their love and passion for Israel in a memorable way. info@tarbuton.org The Tarbuton’s Israeli Dance Troupe, L’Hakat Rikud, will open the show. May 15 – Yom Haatzmaout Festival – San Diego Celebrates Israel – in Mission Bay – 10 am for Walk for Israel and 11-3:00 pm for Festival – organized by the Jewish Federation. Don’t miss the Festival this year. More Info. Tarbuton Teachers and parents will help with Family activities along with many other volunteers and our children will perform adding to the fun. Plan to come by 10 am to do the Walk for Israel together and enjoy the fun.
