The San Diego Israel Collaborative is designed to connect us all more meaningfully to Israel by engaging young adults, 27-40, in thought provoking workshops and “Israel Now” Israeli cultural activities.  Central to our mission is the combined energy and passion of our Partners to plan and carry out innovative Israel-related programs building meaningful connections with Israel and with each other for Jewish American and Israeli-Americans throughout San Diego.  The founding collaborative of the Tarbuton, the Ken Jewish Community, Congregation Beth El and Temple Emanu-El warmly welcome volunteers and additional organizational Partners to join in planning future events.

Post Doc Connections

Support for Israelis working on their PHD at San Diego Universities.  The Collaborative works to help new arrivals get settled, provide recurring networking meetings for professional development and assistance with job re-entry upon return to Israel.

The San Diego Israel Collaborative is powered by a NEXTGEN Jewish Federation of San Diego grant and the Israeli-American Council.
