Donate to Support Israel Education & Programs Last Year 2,500+ youth & adults participated in 40 events! 2000 households, students met in 3 class locations; Carlsbad, Del Mar and Del Cerro, and Public Schools and we Partnered with 35 organizations! Lital and her teachers are educating families in 4 locations, Encinitas, Del Mar, Carmel Valley and La Jolla this year. Together with them volunteers have planned Holidays, brought in Israeli plays, dance and music programs and we have a lot more planned for 2016! We cannot do this work without your support…. Israeli-American Council Survey on Israeli-Americans 2013
While no surprises really in the behavior patterns of Israeli-Americans studies, the Israeli-American Council concluded in this 2013 research report that Israeli-Americans behave differently before 10 years in the U.S. and after 10 years in the U.S. There are some interesting conclusions: Under a third of Israelis in U.S. send children to Jewish day schools, but 85% would participate more if the activities were Israeli cultural programs and/or in Hebrew 17% intermarriage for children of Israelis living in the U.S. for over a decade, double the rate of their parents’ generation.
